Your home must meet Terrace Park requirements in order to be approved to move in. New Tenant(s) must meet all Credit and Background checks, and meet Park requirements and standards, upon application.

What a deal! If you’re buying a new mobile home, we’d like to help with the cost of moving mobile homes to our beautiful community. If you would like to purchase a NEW mobile home and move it in to our community; Terrace Park will give you $500.00 in rent credits to help supplement your move. New Tenant(s) must qualify, and meet all Credit and Background checks, and meet Park requirements and standards, upon application.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND MAKE SOME MONEY!

Help yourself and your friends out! For our very valued, current Tenants; Terrace Park will give you $500.00 in rent credits for a referral to a friend or acquaintance, which purchases a NEW Mobile Home, and moves it in to our Community. We are also offering you a $350.00 rent credit if you refer a friend or acquaintance from another City or Mobile Home Park, who would like to move their current home to Terrace Park. Your referral must be presented to Terrace Park Management before a transaction takes place. The home must meet approval, and new tenants must meet all Credit and Background checks, and meet Park requirements and standards upon application.
