Did you know that switching your light bulbs to CFL bulbs can save you $50 on the life of a new bulb. The new CFL bulbs use 75% less energy and last longer then old style bulbs.
An opportunity to lower your electrical bill and you can find these bulbs a participating dealers in the area for a cost to you of 1 dollar.

Monthly Billing Via Email
If there are any Tenants that would like to get your Monthly statements sent to your email instead of delivered to your door, and you are not already on the list to do this, please let us know.
We can send your bill to You via your private email if you so choose to have this done. Please send us a note or give us a call and we can quickly set this up in less then 5 minutes.

Atmos Energy - Meter Work
Just a reminder that Atmos Energy is still working in Terrace Park updating and replacing gas meters. This is part of their normal maintenance program on the meters.

Evans Police Dept. - News and Information
I just read the Evans Star Press Newsletter that came out this Month. There is a article on activity and programs that our Police Dept. provides for our City. I would encourage you to view the Police Department website to see what is offered.
There is an officer assigned to our community as a resource for us to use with information on what is going on and to share situations that are happening and to help us figure out how to make things better if problems occur. There are also some very interesting programs that they are offering to the people of Evans that might be worth checking out.
The Evans Police Department is also offering their "Citizens Police Academy" which starts on March 15, 2012. This is a fantastic program and we have had several Tenants go through this training and it is absolutley wonderful.

Who to call for Sewer Problems
Just a reminder that if you have sewer problems and need to call a rooter service, I strongly suggest and recommend that you use "Royal T Rooter Service". This company has done work for us for many years and their service people know our system better then any one else. Royal T is a high quality company that is locally owned and operated.
We had a situation yesterday in which another rooter service was called and their bid to do the job for the Tenant was 5 times as much as Royal T charged us. The problem ended up being in the main sewer line that the park is responsible for, not the Tenant in much would have been charged to the Tenant.
The phone number for Royal T is on this website in the "Service Contact" page, and is also listed in the yellow and white pages of the local phone book.

Safety Tips for Mobile Home Living

City of Evans - Water/Sewer Rate Increase
The City of Evans has raised the water and sewer rates to its customers. The new rates for a 1,000 gallons of water used will be $5.02, last years rates were $4.68 per a 1,000 gallons of water used. This new rate will be reflected on your next Months bill. The delivery and tap fees have also increased, which I continue to pay for the Park.
Long story short; for every 1,000 gallons of water that you use, the cost to you will increase by 34 cents.
